The Allen is a 28-story, mixed-use residential tower under development. The project will feature 307 rental units, including 31 affordable apartments, along with 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 257 parking spaces. The Allen incorporates one of New York State's largest geothermal energy systems, marking this the second such project to be built by LRC for LCOR following 1515 Surf Avenue in Brooklyn. Amenities will include coworking spaces, a fitness center with a yoga studio, an outdoor pool and sun deck, a penthouse sky lounge, gaming rooms, a pet spa, and bicycle storage.
