In 2025, Westchester residents can expect to see a new, state- of-the-art residential building emerge where the shuttered White Plains Mall used to stand.​

Phase l of getting the Hamilton Green property operating is to build out the four residential buildings. the first will be a 12-story building that'll occupy 162 units and the second, a 25-story building, will house 308 units. In addition to the high-rises, a 515-space underground parking garage will also factor into the first stage.

Phase ll will begin shortly after with an additional 390 residential units, 441 self-park parking spaces, and 45,0000 sq of retail space.
