NEW ROCHELLE, NY (April 2026)) - Cappelli Organization Managing Member/Founder Louis R. Cappelli joined with New Rochelle Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert, State Senator Nathalia Fernandez, State Senator Shelley Mayer and other City and County officials on April 6 to celebrate the Grand Opening of PickleRage, a new indoor pickleball facility in the heart of downtown New Rochelle. Also, joining the celebration were PickleRage franchise operators Henry Sztul and Brian Snyder and New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Catherine White.

"It's incredibly rewarding to see this once-vacant space transition from its roots as a

* health club into the high-energy destination that is PickleRage. With the surge of new

residents moving into the luxury apartment towers here in downtown New Rochelle, this is undoubtedly the perfect tenant in the perfect location at the pertect time. We are thrilled to bring such a dynamic and exciting recreational experience to the heart of this vibrant community," said Cappelli.

"The opening of PickleRage is exactly the kind of exciting, community-driven business that makes New Rochelle's downtown a destination. An indoor pickleball facility brings year-round energy, activity, and neighbors together. This is precisely what we envisioned when we created our Tenant Improvement Program of which PickleRage was a recipient. This business is a shining example of that investment paying off, and I couldn't be more thrilled to welcome them to our great city. Come play," said Mayor Ramos-Herbert!

"We're delighted to be a part of New Rochelle's continued downtown growth and bring our passion for pickleball to Westchester," said SztuL "Pickleball provides a really great way to stay active and meet people," said Snyder.

Located at 173 Huguenot Street, the 42,000-square-foot facility is in a building owned and developed by the Cappelli Organization. This is the first PickleRage facility in Westchester County and the first in New York State.

PickleRage features 13 regulation-size courts with Cushion surfaces, LED Lighting, Locker rooms with showers, and video recording and Livestreaming capabilities. Additional amenities include a player's lounge, and a pro shop with retail displays, a gear fitting area, and demo equipment. The courts feature bright overhead lighting, high-performance non-skid surfaces, and optimized temperature and humidity controls for ideal playing conditions. In addition to pickleball, the facility also offers three Full Swing golf simulators.

The facility offers a variety of promotional membership packages in connection with the opening ranging from $79 for a pro monthly membership to $3,880 for an annual elite family membership. For more information about membership visit http://pickleragenewrochelle.com
